Holidays.. vacations.. are synonymous with fun filled memories.
Continuing with the same mindset, I have created the below card on the same theme.
To start off , the alphabets - H O L I D A Y S are all hand cut out of handmade paper. Rather than keeping them as only alphabets, i have showcased them as humans.. or alphabeticians.. LOL :)
I had no googly eyes, so punched out circles and coloured them half black..
Added the the beachy effect.. by cutting the wavelike pattern to represent the waters and brown base to represent the sand..
For the fun quotient, i added the dancing feet to all my alphabeticians :) with an umbrella and a beach ball as well.
Added a quilled sun, few clouds.. and birds.. flying far away :).
The entire card contains the handmade cutouts.. tedious.. but was worth the fun in making the card!!
And the next best thing, for me is to post this as my entry to the September Challenge - Challenge # 4 - Happy Holidays hosted by Hands2Hearts :))
