I am here today for another DT post with Artistic Inspirations! The current challenge is :CHALLENGE 26: Love/Anything Goes

For my project, I chose to color the image - "Flower fairy" from Smudgstastic!

Instead of making a regular card, i thought of trying one of the fancy fold cards!
And lo, here it is, my first attempt in creating a step card!


For the back step, i have again paper pieced the green hills , with colored grass and have added shiny metallic sequins as the flowers. I have colored the background with the yellow sun and blue sky. Have also added few butterflies.. with two of them flying with heart shaped path!

So here's my attempt in creating a love themed card amidst a picturesque background!

I am here today for my first DT post with Hands 2 hearts Challenges which has the current challenge theme - "New Beginnings". Thanks Vaibhavi for trust on me!

For my project, i have created a "Fancy Fold" card - Easel Card based on "Wedding/Love" theme!
And voila! Here's my card!! :)


To be honest, this has been my favorite card till date ;-).

As always, the card and all its embellishments are completely handmade. To go with the theme, i have added a glamorous couple embracing each other on their wedding day as the main object of my card, behind a glittery hand cut heart.(P.S: The red glitter heart is cut out of a well preserved old wedding card :) )
The red and back swirls at the background are also hand-cut.

I am here posting the card that i made for the new release -"I scream for Icecream" at The Stamping Chef

Aint she adorable!
I have added the polka dot background pattern paper that i have recently bought from ItsyBitsy.
And lined the card with black glitter strips.

I have also added a lovely purple "frilly" lace and have made quilled flowers in pink and black and adorned it to the card!
The sentiment - "Happy Birthday" is added!

I am back here with another DT project for Artistic Inspirations.

For my project, i have created a Card and here it is:


The image that i have used is "Rose Block" from Bugaboo Stamps. This stamp has adorable roses that i have colored with my fav colors - bright red and pink. The leaves are colored green and the cutie "butterflies" with blue/pink/green.

The base of the card is CS from my stash. I have added golden sequins and have outlined the lovely twirls with gold glitter. The base of the image i have colored to give a creamish look.

Have also added a green glitter lace onto the card and the sentiment - "Happy Birthday" lined with glitter!

For my project, i have created a Card and here it is:



The image that i have used is "Waking up Ms Birdie" from Robyns Fetish. In addition to coloring it, i have used paper piecing for the bird house.




The white CS used for the card is from ItsyBitsy. The handcut tree is adorned with quilled green (light and dark) and yellow leaves. 

I have also paper pieced the grass, the wooden gate as well! and have added the tag containing the sentiment - "New Home".

I have made a star shaped card.. My third attempt in creating a shaped card :))
The CS used for the base of the card is from ItsyBitsy. I have lined the card with glitter strips and have painted the border by the challenge colors - blue and pink.

Also painted the background of the card with pink and blue stars and have adorned the card with shiny blue "metal" stars from my stash

And have added the sentiment - "Merry Christmas" and have joined the 2 sides of the cards/sentiment by a pink ribbon:)
