ACN: Happy Birthday!

Hi Peeeps!!

Hope you all are doing great!!
Well i know it has been a while since i have posted. Quiet a few posts are up next :))

And its time for the March Challenge : CHALLENGE # 5 : Birthdays! at A Creative Need!

I have used the image: Daffodils from ACN.
And my card is completely inspired by the below inspiration card by Julie Ebersole for CASE Study Challenge #131 at Case Study!

Awesome aint it!!!


And here's my card:



I chose the Kraft base for my card. And I have doodled it with a white pen :). And this time i am not complaining the numb fingers! ;-)). Here's the card in another angle!



For a twist, i have painted the white CS at the center with all the colors in the inspiration pic, using water colors (Well i know i still need to improve my self learnt skills in painting!) and have kept the image in white. 


I have outlined the image with the complementing colors and also with the white border with the sentiment - "Happy Birthday"! I know this gives it a rather un-usual look :) But i am certainly liking it!
